Dear Friend,

Celebrity Wait Night was a great success thanks to our celebrity waiters, the staff at The Real Seafood Company and Zia’s, and 500+ guests!

We still cannot get over seeing hundreds of joyful faces gathered to support the mission of Bethany House. After three years with no in-person fundraising event, it was uplifting to see both restaurants filled to the brim with people.

Together, we raised nearly $50,000 to give survivors of domestic violence time, space, and resources to heal!

Domestic violence is the third-leading cause of homelessness among families, and unavailable housing is one of the reasons a victim may return to an abuser multiple times. While there are a few temporary, dorm-style domestic violence shelters in the region, Bethany House is the only long-term, apartment-style housing solution available.

Whether folks stay for a few months or more than a year, Bethany House advocates walk alongside survivors through challenges and setbacks, as well as huge wins. Your continuous support funds our mission to maximize safety, ensure access to resources and restore hope with dignity and respect. Thank you for believing and investing in survivors of domestic violence and the powerful impact of long-term shelter and advocacy.

On behalf of Bethany House Staff, Board, and Volunteers,

Deidra Lashley
Executive Director
